WHY GO TO KALISPELL/GLACIER NATIONAL PARK
One of the most popular attractions at Glacier National Park is Going-to-the-Sun Road. This scenic 50-mile route takes drivers from West Glacier across Logan Pass to St. Mary. Though the route can be driven in just over 2 hours, it's not uncommon for visitors to spend all day stopping along the route to take pictures, hike, and explore. Going-to-the-Sun Road is typically open from early July until mid-October. Wildlife within the park includes mountain goats, bighorn sheep, and grizzly bears.
