Kalispell is your gateway to Glacier National Park. Located in Montana’s Rocky Mountains near the Canadian border, this National Park is lined with glacier-carved peaks, crystal clear lakes, and towering waterfalls. Well-preserved, the area is known for its unspoiled beauty, which makes Glacier an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise.

WHY GO TO KALISPELL/GLACIER NATIONAL PARK

One of the most popular attractions at Glacier National Park is Going-to-the-Sun Road. This scenic 50-mile route takes drivers from West Glacier across Logan Pass to St. Mary. Though the route can be driven in just over 2 hours, it's not uncommon for visitors to spend all day stopping along the route to take pictures, hike, and explore. Going-to-the-Sun Road is typically open from early July until mid-October. Wildlife within the park includes mountain goats, bighorn sheep, and grizzly bears.
